Iso Perazic

Iso Perazic is the Director of Maintenance at Daniel Management Group, Inc., and has been with the company since its founding in 2013. He is responsible for leading DMG’s maintenance staff including recruiting, training, and mentoring. Additionally, he assists in property budgeting, property takeovers, procuring third-party bids, negotiating contracts, monitoring work orders for timeliness of completion, and overseeing DMG’s preventative maintenance program. Iso has been a critical team member in evaluating capital projects for both DMG properties and third-party management. Additionally, he partners closely with the DMG property management team to problem solve and ensure all resident needs are met seamlessly.

Iso has significant experience in sophisticated building systems, including boilers, chillers, etc. He also is well versed in U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) properties and associated Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) inspections. Prior to his current role, Iso served as a Maintenance Supervisor for RMK Management. At RMK, Iso conducted and led many multimillion-dollar capital projects including exterior projects, interior redesign and modernization of building elements such as elevators, etc. Throughout his career, Iso has been an active member of the Chicago Apartment Association participating as a judge for the Annual Industry CAMME awards and winning 11 first place CAMME awards.
