We were a self-manager, originally a merchant developer and outgrew our self-management capabilities and we never planned on holding for a long period of time. But as the market shifted in 2022, it was clear we did have to hold for along period of time and wanted to bring in a professional management company. DMG specializes in the specific product we develop which is luxury multifamily. They have been great in turning around developments that needed the rent roll turned due to the economic shift and the rising rents.
