DMG Awarded Management of The Grove and River Grove Station
July 22, 2024, Chicago, IL – Today, Daniel Management Group (DMG), a Chicago-based real estate firm focused on multifamily investment and management, announces new management of The Grove and River Grove Station, both located in River Grove, 15 miles northwest of Chicago. This new management further expands DMG’s partnership with Noah Properties, a trusted developer of luxury homes and apartment buildings in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
The Grove is a gated-community with currently the first two phases ready for rental.
