Dara Anjum

Darakhshan Anjum (Dara) serves as the Controller at Daniel Management Group (DMG). Dara partners with DMG’s CFO to provide comprehensive financial stewardship and accounting across the DMG portfolio. She brings eleven years of experience in real estate auditing, assurance and accounting. 

Dara began her career with Ernst & Young, where she worked on statutory and internal audits for major real estate and corporate clients. She went on to join EisnerAmper, a leading US-based CPA firm, focusing on audits and compliance for multifamily, commercial, and condominium associations. In that role, she also managed Certiorari audits, Common Area Maintenance (CAM) audits, and prepared tax filings for not-for-profit organizations.

Her background covers financial reporting under US GAAP and IFRS, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and process improvement. Dara is valued for her leadership, technical expertise, and client-focused approach. 

Dara has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from IGNOU University Delhi. Additionally, she is qualified as a Chartered Accountant (US CPA Equivalent).

Beyond her professional work, she enjoys mentoring younger professionals and is committed to continually broadening her knowledge in finance and accounting.
