Ian Bingham

Ian Bingham is the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Daniel Management Group, Inc.  In this role, he oversees the growth of DMG’s third-party property management business.  Ian is relationship-focused and leverages his deep operational experience to maximize outcomes for DMG’s third-party clients.  Additionally, he focuses on the acquisition of multifamily assets nationwide.  Ian has a vast understanding of primary and secondary markets throughout North America, with a focus on the Midwest.

Ian has over 27 years of industry experience in market rate, affordable, student housing and SFR/BTR. Prior to joining DMG, Ian served in similar roles at Buckingham Companies, RPM Living, and CF Real Estate Services. Prior to that, he was an executive with Village Green Holding, LLC where he focused on both business development and site operations for 17 years.

Ian is a board member of NMHC and the current Vice Chair of the membership committee. Additionally, he is an advisor to Blueprint and a former board member of the Chicagoland Apartment Association (CAA). He attended NIU and served in the US Army as a military police officer.
