Jonathan Sheil

Jonathan is the Director of Leasing at DMG Leasing. In this role, Jonathan leads a team of seasoned leasing professionals. Additionally, Jonathan strategizes, coordinates and executes on plans for property lease ups as well as for stabilized assets. This includes establishing the advertising scope, serving as a resource for setting market rents and maintaining the integrity of the leasing database.

Prior to his current role at DMG, he served as a Senior Operations Manager with Zumper, one of the leading lead generation outlets for residential leasing. His knowledge in this space allowed him to negotiate key contracts with third party lead generation providers, reducing property-level
advertising costs.

Prior to these roles, Jonathan functioned in several operational roles at a variety of third-party residential leasing brokerages. This culminated with his serving as the Director of Leasing, managing over 50 employees and independent contractors in their day-to-day efforts.

Jonathan attended the State University of New York College at Oneonta and graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
