Lyndi Merced

Lyndi is a Regional Property Manager with Daniel Management Group overseeing managers and maintenance staff in several markets including Wisconsin, Indiana, and Illinois. 

Her responsibilities include overseeing all property transitions, hiring/training/developing all on-site personnel, ensuring staff compliance will all policies and procedures, overseeing day to day property operations and monitoring revenue and expenses, sustaining high occupancy standards through online reputation management and effective marketing efforts, reviewing and negotiating service contracts, creating and successfully implementing operating and capital budgets, and performing property inspections.

Prior to her current role as Regional Property Manager, Lyndi was a Senior Property Manager for DMG, managing a scattered site portfolio in the Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI market. Prior to joining DMG, Lyndi was a multisite Property Manager for Gorman and Company managing residential section 42 and market rate properties.
