DMG is Awarded Management of Five New Properties
September 2, 2025, Chicago, IL – Daniel Management Group (DMG), a Chicago-based multifamily property management company announces an expanded management presence in both Chicago and Chicago suburbs with five new properties.
Increased City Presence
- Gold Coast: DMG recently grew our presence in Chicago with the takeover in the heart of Chicago’s Gold Coast. The 68-unit building is an ideal location. Residents can choose from one or two-bedroom apartments, enjoy panoramic views from the rooftop deck and are steps from all downtown Chicago has to offer.
- Bucktown/ Wicker Park: Building long-term client relationships is a priority for DMG. We are thrilled that we are able to expand our relationship with a long-term client and manage a new development in Chicago’s Bucktown/ Wicker Park neighborhood. The 40-unit building begins to welcome residents in August. The premier high-luxury new construction building will include high-end finishes and top-tier amenities.
Growth in Chicago Suburbs
- Deerfield: DMG started a new landlord relationship with management of a boutique loft community in Deerfield, Illinois. The modern residences are spacious with refined finishes and contemporary details located within Deerfield Square, steps from premier shopping, dining, and everyday conveniences.
- Niles: Another brand-new property, that DMG will be managing for a long-term landlord client is opening in August in Niles, Illinois. The 180-unit building will include a range one-bed and three-bedroom floorplans and incredible sought after amenities including a resort-level pool, relaxation sauna, sky deck lounge and roof-top terrace.
- Grayslake: Also expanding our relationship with a current landlord in Chicago-suburbs, this June DMG was awarded new management in Grayslake, Illinois with a new 40-unit building.
