Annually in June, Chicago multifamily industry leaders meet to discuss key industry trends, new developments and celebrate multifamily accomplishments at the Bisnow Multifamily Annual Conference. Roger Daniel, Daniel Management Group (DMG) founder and president had the pleasure of participating in this year’s event as a speaker on the Financing Multifamily panel.
Roger was joined by Scott Zwilling, Spirit Investment Partners; Thomas Shanabruch, CRG; Samantha Miller, KeyBank Commercial; Daniel Stevens, Ansonia Properties, LLC and Jim Milliken, CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) to discuss the complex capital environment, how CRE leaders are finding the right funding and the right funding partners. Roger Daniel and Samantha Miller of KeyBank Commercial were able to continue their conversation post panel. In a brief interview Samantha and Roger were able to discuss the state of the acquisition market, the challenges that have taken place with the shifts from the Fed, but also the bright spots in the Midwest and opportunities that are expected in multifamily by end of year.
