Heyday Oak Creek, a 130-Unit Apartment Community with Single-Family Rental Homes and Maintenance-Free Living

OAK CREEK, WI – May 6, 2024 – Heyday, an Illinois-based real estate developer, celebrates the opening of Heyday Oak Creek, a build-to-rent community featuring 130 single-story single-family attached rental homes in Suburban Milwaukee, Less than a year after breaking ground. Heyday Oak Creek is Heyday’s second community in Wisconsin following the success of Heyday Sun Prairie. Heyday Oak Creek is located 15-minutes from downtown Milwaukee and boasts a superior lifestyle on a 41-acre, pet-friendly community featuring abundant, activated open spaces and walking paths.

Heyday successfully opened Heyday Sun Prairie, outside of Madison, Wisconsin, in August 2023. Residents have flocked to the offering and enjoyed the well-crafted single-level homes. Like Heyday Sun Prairie, Heyday Oak Creek features a mix of floorplans, ranging from one-bedroom/one-bath to three-bedroom/two-bath layouts with an office.  Each home features designer finishes, ample storage, private patios and covered porches, and an industry first — high speed EV charging outlets installed in every attached, private garage.  The “Heyday Hub,” a multipurpose room directly off the garage, offers a place for coats and shoes, storage, side-by-side laundry with space to fold, and a private area with a built-in desk.  All homes have access to the community’s meaningful outdoor spaces.
