Lakeside Village Apartments Joins DMG’s Portfolio
September 24, 2026, Chicago, IL – Today, Daniel Management Group (DMG), a Chicago-based real estate firm focused on multifamily investment and management, is pleased to announce an extension of our relationship with Hawthorne Management Services (HMS) in Mundelein, Illinois. DMG is awarded Lakeside Village Apartments, a community with 155 newly renovated units in a beautiful park-like setting. The development has the best of all worlds, located steps from Diamond Lake, but also near the conveniences of Hawthorne Mall and one mile from the METRA station.
