Thirteen years ago, Daniel Management Group was created and the apartment building on Kimball and Elston was the first property owned and managed in the DMG portfolio. Additionally, the new name is based on the building being situated at the crossroads of the 3700 block of Kimball and the 3700 block of Elston Roads.

The renovation touched the spaces residents live in every day. Updated one- and two-bedroom homes now feature:
