June 1, 2026, Chicago, IL – Daniel Management Group (DMG), a Chicago-based real estate multifamily investment and management firm, is expanding its Midwest footprint into Iowa. Fox Hills Apartments is a new premium development in Dubuque. The multiphase community built will open its first 210 units for move-in this August, with DMG leading both lease-up and management.
Fox Hills Apartments, built by Talon Development, are new apartments conveniently located in Dubuque, Iowa walkable to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
